We endeavour to dispatch products 3-5 working days after receiving your order. (If you pay by cheque orders will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.) We keep a high level of stock but should there be any reason for longer delay we will endeavour to let you know by email.
All items for delivery within the UK are sent by first class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This is a 'signed for' service, so please bear this in mind if you order something for a school close to the start of the summer holidays!
For orders totalling up to £24.99 we make a fixed charge of £1.75 plus VAT per order.
For orders totalling more than £25 we make a fixed charge of £3.75 plus VAT per order.
For delivery outside the UK please contact us.
We supply products directly to customers in the UK. We are also happy to supply customers and resellers outside the UK - please contact us if you require further information.

To order by credit or debit card select Add to Order on the page of the product(s) you wish to purchase and follow the online instructions at checkout. Credit and debit card purchases are processed securely through PayPal. Having a PayPal account is optional and you can still proceed to pay by credit or debit card.
We accept official purchase orders from UK Schools, Colleges, LEA's, Universities, Hospital/Health Trusts and Government bodies. Email, fax or post your official purchase order to Shiny Learning. Terms of payment are 30 days from the date on the invoice we send with your order. Product prices can be found on the product pages and on our price list. Please provide a named contact with your order, and preferably an email address so that we can acknowledge your order.
Send a cheque with your order to Shiny Learning. Make cheques payable to "Shiny Learning". Please remember to include your contact and delivery details, and preferably an email address so that we can acknowledge your order. Orders will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared.
We are registered in the UK for VAT. Our VAT Registration Number is 944 7683 78.
If you are paying online through PayPal, the VAT element of your order will be added when you reach the confirmation stage of the checkout process. This is because the PayPal system needs your postal address in order to calculate taxes.
In addition to single school licences on most products we are able to negotiate multiple school or community licences. Please contact us if you wish to discuss such an option.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help. We comply with Distance Selling Regulations. In summary:
- you may return your product, unused, within 7 days of receipt.
- we will refund your account within 30 days of agreeing the refund.
- all products remain our property until we have received payment.
All information we provide is correct to the best of our knowledge, and prices are subject to change.
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We will only use the information that we collect about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not share or disclose any of your information with third parties, and only retain your details for internal business purposes. Should you make an online purchase by credit/debit card your bank details will be processed securely by PayPal, and we will only receive shipping and ordering information.
