Some subscription details are sent to you automatically after purchase - others require us to create a licence for you and send details, in which case you need to wait for a human reply. We endeavour to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. International orders You can buy any of our products through the website from outside the UK.* Just click the "Add to basket" button on the product page. All international orders must be paid for in advance. As well as PayPal we also accept direct bank transfers, and politely request that customers pay their own bank fees. *As of 1st January 2021, unfortunately we can no longer accept orders from EU countries (other than from VAT registered businesses) due to the complexity of the VAT regulations. We hope this may change in future. Credit or Debit Card UK only. To order by credit or debit card select Add to basket on the page of the product(s) you wish to purchase and follow the online instructions at checkout. Credit and debit card purchases are processed securely through PayPal. Having a PayPal account is optional in the UK and you can still proceed to pay by credit or debit card. Purchase Order - UK only We accept official purchase orders from UK Schools, Colleges, local authorities, Universities, Charities, Hospital/Health Trusts and Government bodies. Email your official purchase order to Shiny Learning. Terms of payment are 30 days from the date on the invoice we send with your order. Product prices can be found on the product pages. Please provide a named contact with your order and an email address so that we can acknowledge and supply your order. VAT We are registered in the UK for VAT. Our VAT Registration Number is GB 944 7683 78. If you are paying online through PayPal, the UK VAT element of your order will be added when you reach the confirmation stage of the checkout process. This is because the PayPal system needs your postal address in order to calculate taxes. Network/Site Licences In addition to single school licences we are able to negotiate multiple school or community licences on most products. Please contact us if you wish to discuss such an option.
